"Comfort Solutions" for the Dorm

Dear Student:

Nail Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is pleased to announce a $500 "Comfort Solutions"for the Dorm contest to be awarded to a qualified individual in Clayton, Henry, or Fayette County. The winner of this contest will be awarded $500 to be used for College Dorm supplies. Contest rules are as follows:

Applications are available online at Nail-Air.com. Mail completed application to Nail Heating & Air Conditioning, Attn: Comfort Solutions for the Dorm, 126 E Main Street, Hampton, GA 30228. All entrance applications are due no later than 5pm Monday, April 30th. Ten finalists will be randomly selected and notified by May 5th, 2007. Each finalist will then submit an essay, 500 words or less, stating why they should be selected to receive this award. Included with this essay should be a "Dorm Wish List." Finalist essays are due no later than 5pm Friday, June 1st, 2007. The winner will be notified by June 30th 2007.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this award, a candidate must:

Be a high school senior who will be enrolled in college the Fall of 2007.
Currently reside in Clayton, Fayette, or Henry county Georgia.
Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Have a minimum SAT of 1050 or a minimum ACT of 22
Show proof of College Enrollment and Acceptance

Letters of Recommendation:

Each application must include 2 letters of recommendation from a teacher, counselor or supervisor.

Winner Notification:

Once the final selection is made, the winner will be notified in writing. The recipient will be asked to provide a short biography and photograph for publicity purposes.
