Drug Free Workplace

We
at Nail Heating and Air Conditioning are proud to be a Georgia State Board of
Workers' Compensation Drug Free Workplace Employer. To be certified as a Drug
Free Workplace, the following requirements are met:
- We have a drug free workplace policy.
- All employees are drug-tested pre-employment, randomly, for reasonable suspicion and post-accident.
- Employee Training - Employee education training is provided on a yearly basis.
- Supervisor Training- Supervisors receive employee education training on a yearly basis. This includes training on how to recognize signs of substance abuse, how to document and collaborate signs of substance abuse, and how to refer substance-abusing employees to proper treatment providers.
- Employee Assistance - All employees are provided with a list of treatment/counseling programs that are available in the area.
- Confidentiality - Nail Heating and Air Conditioning enforces a strict confidentiality policy for the employees. All information received through testing is confidential, but may be used or received in evidence, or obtained in discovery, or disclosed in a civil or administrative proceeding when the information is relevant to the employer's defense.
