At Nail Heating & Air Conditioning, we know that your heating and cooling system is no different. To get the most performance and the longest life out of your system, it is a good idea to have a trained professional perform routine checks of both your heating and air conditioning system.

Our Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) includes:

• Cooling Tune-Up
• Replace or clean Air Filter
• Check and/or clean as required:
• Condenser coil
• Evaporator coil
• Refrigerant (up to 1 lb)
• Blower wheel
• Motors
• Thermostat
• Controls and wiring connections
• Condensate drain lines
• Accessible duct work

Heating Tune-Up

• Replace or clean Air Filter
• Replace Humidifier Pad
• Check and/or clean as required:
• Heat exchanger for cracks
• Burners
• Flue pipe
• Combustion air openings
• Blower wheel and motor
• Thermostat
• Pilot/Ignitor
• Thermocouple
